Shipping policy
Payment
Payment is due at the time of checkout, regardless of shipping. No order cancellations or modifications can be made after an order is placed.
We offer store credit for returns postmarked within 14 days of delivery. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.
Please note: CharmingModa is not responsible if promotional or discount codes are not applied at checkout. Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied and no price adjustments are made after the order is placed.

Domestic Shipping (USA)
Expect possible delays during holiday seasons.
Free standard shipping on orders over ¥79. Orders under ¥79: ¥7.99.
Shipping options:
Standard: 3-10 business days + processing
Priority: 2-4 business days + processing
Priority Express: 1-2 business days + processing (not available for PO Boxes)
Customs and Duties:
CharmingModa does not pay customs, duties, or taxes for international orders. Any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Orders & Processing
All orders are processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Express orders will be processed as quickly as possible.
Customers must ensure the shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses resulting in undeliverable packages will incur additional shipping fees.
CharmingModa is not responsible for:
Stolen packages once marked as delivered
Delays after shipment with the carrier
Lost, missing, or damaged packages if package protection was not purchased
Delays caused by weather, holidays, or carrier exceptions beyond our control
Package Protection:
If your item is lost or damaged in transit, email us at support@charmingmoda.com within 2 business days of receiving your order.
Package protection covers replacement items or store credit if a replacement is unavailable. It does not cover stolen or missing packages once scanned or delivered.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, even if packages are delayed.
