🕒 How long do I have to return items?

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery.

📦 What items can I return?

Must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with original tags and packaging for non-quality issues.

For quality or size issues, send clear pictures to support@charmingmoda.com for approval.

Eligible returns include wrong, damaged, faulty, missing, or misdescribed items.

🔄 How do I return an item?

Contact support@charmingmoda.com with your order number, SKU/product name, and reason.

Wait for return instructions and address from our customer service.
Send the item and provide tracking number or return receipt.

💰 When will I get a refund?

Refunds are issued within 3 working days after we receive and inspect your returned items.

📮 Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is at your own cost. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC).

⚠️ Important Notes

Do not send returns to the sender’s address on your package.

Always use the return address provided by customer service.
