Account

Do I need to register before placing an order?
No, you do not have to. You can place an order directly on our website without registering. If you use another device next time, your previous order information will not appear. If you like, you can also choose to register on our website.

How do I register?
Click “Create Account” at the top right corner of our website. You can register with Facebook, Google, Amazon, or your email account.

What if I forgot my login password?
Click “Forgot your password?” on the Login page, enter your registered email, and we will send a new password to your email.

Ordering & Payment

Can I remove items from the shopping cart?
Yes. If the order is not placed, you can remove items from the shopping cart. Once the order is placed, items cannot be removed.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you have not paid for your order, you can modify and reorder.
If payment has been completed, you can cancel or modify within 24 hours. After 24 hours, please contact our customer service at support@charmingmoda.com for assistance.

Can you custom make the items?
Sorry, we do not provide custom-made services at this time. All items are as shown and described on our website.

If I want to change information (color, size, shipping address, shipping method) of a paid order, what can I do?
We can only make changes if the order has not been shipped. Please contact us promptly via support@charmingmoda.com.

What secure payment methods do you accept?
We use PayPal to process payments. You can pay with Credit Cards, Debit Cards, PayPal Wallet, Bank Account, E-Check, and other methods supported by PayPal. We also accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and Maestro.

How do you secure my payment information?
We do not process or store any of your payment information.

Why do I sometimes get a lower refund for items?
If a discount was applied to your order, we will refund the actual amount you paid for each item, including the discount.

Size Chart

How can I choose the right size?
Please check the Size Chart on the product page for measurements. Most items are marked as S/M/L/XL. Units are in centimeters and inches.

What’s “Free Size”?
Free size means there is only one size available, generally equivalent to a Medium and fits most customers. If unsure, check the product size chart for details.

Shipping & Handling

Where does my order ship from?
Our main fulfillment center is located in China. All items are shipped from there.

What delivery companies do you use?
We use reputable delivery companies like DHL, UPS, USPS, and Postal Mail.

How much are the shipping fees?
Shipping fees depend on weight and distance. You can see exact fees when selecting the shipping method. Orders over $79 enjoy free standard shipping.

Is there any additional fee or tax?
For most countries, no import fees, duties, or VAT are required. For some European countries, customers may need to pay duties or VAT according to local regulations.

Do you ship to PO BOX or APO/FPO/AFP military addresses?
We can ship to these addresses via standard shipping (~2 weeks). For expedited shipping (~10 days), please provide a physical address.

How do I track my order status?
After placing an order, you’ll receive an email with order details. You can also log in to your account and track your order under “My Account > Order History.” Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipping email with the tracking number.
